This beautifully renovated 3 BR/2 Bath condo has breathtaking views! Enjoy the convenience of ski in/ski out, a shared hot tub, a lovely wood-burning fire place (with unlimited free wood), and a shuttle (free of charge to guests) during the winter months. In the summertime, gorgeous wildflowers and mountain hiking & biking trails are within easy walking distance from your door. Parking is included - 2 parking permits will be provided from the office and must be displayed. The space Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with breathtaking valley & sunset views. Easy ski in/ski out in the winter, with a wood burning fireplace to enjoy apres ski. During the winter months, our building has its own cedar lined hot tub and spacious sauna. There is also nearby ice skating and snowmobiling. The condominium offers a free shuttle during the winter months that will take you anywhere in Crested Butte between 8am and midnight! There, you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, unique shops, and nightlife. (Please note the hot tub is shared with all tenants of the building and is only available during the ski season. It is not available during summer or off-season.) In the summertime, our condo is only a short walk from many beautiful hiking and biking trails. The wildflowers are spectacular! For outdoors enthusiasts, fly fishing, white water rafting, and horseback riding are all nearby. In fall, the colors of the golden Aspen trees are magical. The master bedroom has a king bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door out to the balcony overlooking beautiful valley views (and facing the sunset). The other 2 bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. One has a comfy king bed, and the other bedroom has a full sized bed, as well as a very sturdy bunk bed set. Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2022! (Please note the jacuzzi tub jets in the shared bathroom are currently not functional, but the tub and shower are functional and new!) Our well-stocked kitchen is ready for your use. We have everything you may need to prepare your meals - including pots/pans, utensils, mixing bowled, slow cooker, blender, coffee maker and Keurig, tea kettle, hand mixers, bottle openers, and more. This kid-friendly unit is prepared for your kids to have a great time and to try to limit what you need to pack. We offer a high chair, pack-n-play, sound machine, humidifier, children’s plates/bowls/silverware/cups, board books (~age 0-3), toys (~age 0-8, including a train set, art supplies, and Magnatiles), and board games (for the full family). We also have a growing library of books adults can read, as well as Crested Butte magazines, hiking books, and trail maps. We are big lovers of the local artists around here, and the unit is filled with colorful artwork from some of our favorite galleries and artists in the area. We hope you enjoy the pieces we’ve placed thoughtfully in each room! Other things to note Ski In/Ski Out: To ski out, you can walk to the end of the parking lot and can ski down to the Westwall chairlift. For skiing back in, there is a groomed path on the far side of the Championship run that is for both the Summit neighborhood (above our condos) and the San Moritz condos (where we are). PLEASE NOTE: Championship is not the run you would take back to the condo. Championship run is a black diamond, and many people mistake this run for the path back to the condos. But if you go closer to out of bounds up there, you should see that exit path with a sign—it’s more of a moderate run (like a blue run). VERY rarely, snowfall is so heavy that the paths to and from the condo are not able to be maintained/groomed - in these cases, you may still trek across the mountain or you may choose to use the free condo shuttle to drop you off or pick you up from the condo/base area. Please use your best judgment and your knowledge of your skiing level to decide which option is best for you! :) Hot Tub: The hot tub is only available during ski season. It is shared with others in the San Moritz condominium buildings. Firewood: The unit has unlimited firewood right outside your door for après ski evenings. Free Shuttle: There’s a free shuttle during ski season that you can use from 8am until midnight - it will take you anywhere from the base of the ski mountain all the way into town. Hiking & Biking: Summer and fall hiking/biking trails are a short walk from your doorway. Aspen trees and wildflower views everywhere! Balcony: We have a comfy balcony with abundant seating to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets or your morning coffee. Grilling: In the summer months, a shared charcoal grill is available for your use - it can be found by the firewood!
