A private patio with furniture and BBQ grill is also available for dining outside, or just relaxing outdoors. A small deck off of the bedroom of the apartment is a perfect spot for reading, or for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Other things to note There is one set of stairs (built to code, with handrails) to access the apartment. We do not allow any pets. Our entire property is a smoke-free area.
