Our dock is less than 50' from the house which allows everyone to enjoy swimming, fishing and boating right out your front door. The space The home is less than 50' from the water with out any steps to the dock, The large home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full size bathrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 16 guest. Lodging taxes/fees all included with rates. We are cleaning per (CDC) guidelines and checklist following by Disinfecting procedure. Guest access Entire house and property are yours to enjoy. Note we own and reside at another property just down the street from the Island View lake house so we are normally available if you need assistance with anything. Other things to note I am sorry but we do not allow large parties, Bachelor or Bachelorette parties, or Pets and the house is non smoking.
