The space Three queen bedrooms, PLUS a bunk-room with double full bunk beds to sleep 4 more and a port-a-crib, queen air mattress as needed, a futon in one of the queen bedrooms and two comfy couches in living room. Plentiful parking in the circular driveway. Lots of room for enjoying the outdoors. Gorgeous flagstone rear patio overlooks garden and large yard. Sit a while on the tree swing, or cookout on the patio with gas grill. There is a picnic area and a hammock, as well as yard games for the whole family. Enjoy the serenity of the relaxing water feature on the peaceful front deck. NOTES: Events/parties are never allowed under any circumstances and a fine is imposed for failure to obey house rules. No unregistered guests allowed on the property. There is a water feature and small swimming pool (12'X30") on property. Small children must be supervised at all times. ***If you live locally, (anywhere in Central Alabama) please contact prior to booking for pre-approval or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. There is a $20/night per dog fee, requested through Airbnb and paid prior to check in. Pets must be well trained, not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when unattended at all times.
