Guest access Entire cottage is available to quests with exception of owners' locked closet. In certain circumstances, you may be able to check in early so you can call us in advance to find out. Check-out time is 11 am Eastern Standard Time. -Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with the combination to the lock box located at the side door of the cottage. Please return both keys (same key) to the lock box when you depart. The charge for lost keys is $5 each. -The property is furnished and includes 2 flat screen TVs, refrigerator, toaster, oven, utensils, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill. -Rental Rate. $150-$195 per night -Payment: credit card -Housekeeping: Please bring own linens, towels, shampoo, and laundry soap. As a courtesy, we have included the following list of supplies: hand soap, toilet paper, dishes, glassware, cookware, kitchen utensils, and hair dryers. -Guests are allowed to use any of the amenities available to Ocean Pines residents including pools, golf courses, tennis courts, parks, boat ramp, etc. Some of the amenities require a small fee. -Beach Club Parking- Owner provides parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club located oceanfront on 49th street for all reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day. There is a fee for pool passes. -Guest is responsible to ensure parking pass is left on the kitchen counter at the house before checking out. Failure to do so will result in a $50 replacement charge (this is what the Ocean Pines Association fee charge for lost parking pass).
