The space The large front room includes a 40" Samsung Tv with Roku, fireplace, and multiple sitting areas. Three bedrooms have Queen mattresses and the living room sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed to accommodate 2 extra persons. The large kitchen area inlcudes a built in ironing board, breakfast nook, 5 burner gas oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and more. This is a eclectic vintage home, in a vintage neighborhood. It is not a tract area, where all the homes look the same. The home is always cleaned before each guest. We strive to do our best, we are not perfect and either are you. We have lots of plants so we have the home bug sprayed on a regular basis. We do not have bed bugs. Although we have never been accused of this, we are proactive due to reading other complaints. There are people who just want a free night stay and will book to complain, do not book this home if that is your intention. Guest access La Aguila Kitchen and Market is a restaurant/market located one half block directly down the street. Street parking and a vine covered single car port is available to use. Other things to note Landscape includes a bamboo deck retreat, rock river, huge boulders, tropical foliage, Private porch, Fruit Trees, and walking paths. Fruit trees include Fig, Tangerine, Apple, Chinese Pear, Red Guava, White Guava, Pineapple Guava, Loquat, Kumquat, Chinese Cherry, Dragon fruit, Lemon, Pomegranate, and Unique Pomelo Grapefruit. 3RD BEDROOM IS AN OFFICE WITH A BED AND CLOSET. ALTHOUGH IT IS A PASS THRU ROOM TO THE MASTER BEDROOM IT HAS ITS OWN DOOR TO CLOSE OFF COMPLETELY FOR PRIVACY FROM THE MASTER BEDROOM AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTOS. This house is very private and quiet in the desirable downtown Fullerton area. Wifi high-speed internet with a desktop computer is set up for use. Four flat screen tv's are set up with Roku access. HOUSE IS A 1920 VINTAGE HOME. IT IS IN THE HISTORICAL DISTRICT OF FULLERTON. IT IS PRESERVED WITH ORIGINAL DOORS, HARDWOOD FLOORS, WINDOWS AND AN ORIGINAL BUILT-IN CLAW FOOT TUB. IT IS VERY CHARMING SURROUNDED BY UNIQUE TROPICAL FOLIAGE.
