Our home is located in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Spend the day at the beach, golf, come back and relax on our spacious screened porch. The community has 5 pools, walking trails, Parks, and more. The house is a short drive to Ocean City, Md. (8 Miles) via Rt. 90 or Rt. 50. Assateague Island National Seashore is also just a short drive 12 miles. You can see wild horses, beautiful sunsets, ride bikes, or go to the beach. There are many golf courses within 15 miles of the house all very nice. The space The entire house is yours for the length of your stay. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 refrigerators, and a propane grill. There is enough room to comfortably sleep 8. There is a cot or two also in the downstairs bedroom if needed. The porch is 12x18 and has plenty of room for you and your friends to stretch out and relax. We have a good size back yard with a fire pit and horse shoe pits available for your enjoyment. ( Wood not always included). ***Bring your own Sheets and Pillow cases*** Bedroom down stairs 1 double bed and 1 twin bed Master upstairs 1 Queen size bed guest room upstairs twin size bunk beds a twin trundle bed and another twin bed. There will be enough bath towels for your party to use during your stay. Please wash them before you leave. Guest access There is a propane grill available for your use, the house is well stocked with all cooking utensils and options you might need. Coffee makers, blender, all pots and pans and two refrigerators. One in house and one on porch. There is a parking pass for the Ocean Pines beach lot located on 48th street in Ocean City. This is a great location for going to the beach as there is a pool, food, drinks, and bathrooms right there. In the shed you will find a Canopy for the beach, sand bags to hold it down, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach accessories you may need. There is Horse shoe pits in the back yard if your party wants to play around. Other things to note We are glad to provide you access to our beach club parking pass. This will give you beach parking 48th street during the daytime up till about 5 PM daily. Unfortunately we are unable to provide pool passes due to the way they manage them. The pools are open to the public however. There is options for pool pass access, daily per person $10 adult per day $8 youth. When you purchase a pass for the day you can come and go to any pool you want during that day. Please be respectful of the neighbors! If you are partying on the porch please keep the neighbors in mind once it gets to typical quiet hours 11 PM.
