Kick off your shoes and relax in the living room, fully equipped with smart tv and reading lamps. The unit has a full kitchen (no dishwasher) and is also located near The Farmington River where you can float and relax (no lifeguards / you must provide your own floats/PFD’s ex.) Pets allowed- pet fee applies-inquire within. The space This private unit is all yours during your stay. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. You can use the yard as well near the gazebo. Please inquire about bringing pets- pet fee applies. This is unit B above the garage. Please park in front of garage marked "22B" only. Thank you. Guest access Guest has access to the full unit. You also have use of the washer / dryer in the garage located below unit. (Garage marked 22b) Other things to note There is a queen bed in the bedroom. There is a mini-split unit in the living room for air conditioning/heat with a remote control. A ceiling fan is in the bedroom for additional comfort. There is a back entrance off the bedroom (no key for this door) that has a half door feature (see pics). No third party bookings. There must be someone aged 25+ staying with anyone under 25 during duration of reservation. No parties/events. Please park in front of garage marked "22B". There are 2 security cameras located outside on the property- both face the parking area. One is located in the trees and the other is located on the front of the gazebo.
