The space The property encompasses three separate buildings with ample privacy: • Main house: 3 bedrooms/ 2 full baths; living room, dining room, sitting area with bar, kitchen. • Casita: 2 bedrooms with full private baths; office area, sitting area, small kitchen, patio. • Casa Dos Downstairs: TV room with sofa and sleeper sofa, full bath, children's bedroom with bunk bed and indoor play space. • Casa Dos Upstairs: Large suite with private entrance, two single beds and a trundle bed for sitting or sleeping 2 children, full private bath, table and chairs. • Extensive terrace, pool and landscaped garden with multiple tables and chairs and covered living and dining areas. • Large playground and basketball court. Ample parking within the gated complex. Guest access Entire property, except for Master bedroom which will be locked and inaccessible. There is ample parking area on site. COVID proof of vaccination/recent negative test may be required, please do contact us for details. Other things to note * I have 3 very friendly dogs on property. They can be fenced if desired. * I have a Guest Manual for you with additional information, including History of Cuernavaca, restaurants, directions to places of interest, telephone numbers, etc. It will be waiting for you on the dining room table in the Main House. Please do put it back upon your departure. * Please let me know if small children are coming and will need the pool fence, crib, or high chair. Your children's safety rests entirely with you and Casa Mariposa accepts no guest(s) who do not clearly understand this. *Casa Mariposa will distribute address cards with house location and phone. They can be helpful to give to taxi drivers.
