This is not a place for entertaining friends and family. The property sits on 5 acres of cleared land. A barn and horses are on property. A pool has been installed this fall with a screened enclosure. We are in the process of building a koi pond. Which will be a tranquil place to sit and relax beside. The space Guest will have access to the living room, dining room, front patio, lanai and pool and yard (minus the barn and horse area). Please DO NOT visit Horses Thank you. Guest access Private bathroom and bedroom. Shared living room, kitchen and pool area. During your stay My wife and I are friendly. Other things to note The property is for the use of only the guest who has reserved the room. No visits from family or friends on property. The room accommodates 2 people. We have a security camera at the front patio. We have 2 Labrador Retrievers, from a rescue. Our driveway is grass.
