Our home has a water filtration system, filtered drinking water is accessible from the faucet in the bathroom downstairs. The living room: 55" Smart 4K Television with high speed internet throughout the house. A cozy sofa and and view of the garden. Books and magazines on the wall. Laundry: Extra large washing machine with two large drying racks and hangers available. Because we get a lot of sun, clothes normally dry within 2-3 hours. Bedrooms: Fresh linens and towels available. Lots of sunlight with room darkening shades. The bedroom windows are coated with cooling films to reduce heat from the sun. One full bath upstairs, and another full bath downstairs. Parking: Two cars can be parked inside the gate, but there are tons of parking right outside the house as well.
