The guest cottage, attached to the main house, is completely separate, offering you privacy with its own entrance. Guests also enjoy exclusive use of a large patio deck, equipped with a table, chairs, and loaner bikes for exploring town. Gallery 87 Ammi, an artist, has a studio, Gallery 87, attached to the house. We invite you to stop by and view her paintings on display. This year, 2025, the gallery will also feature a pop-up collection of French and American antiques—be sure to take a peek! The Neighborhood Wiscasset is a quiet, safe, and neighborly town. We’re located next to the local elementary school, which adds to the welcoming community vibe. In the off-season, the school campus is a great spot for morning strolls or enjoying the playground. A Friendly Household We live adjacent to the cottage with our older children and a small, elderly Pomeranian dog.
