We disinfect all frequently touched surfaces before and after each guest. Guest access You have access to the entire home, backyard, indoor laundry room with full size washer and dryer. I include: linens, pillows, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, and laundry hamper. Kitchen includes: refrigerator, gas stove, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, Crockpot, toaster oven, slice toaster, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal, cookware, serving ware, dishes, glasses, knives and silverware. I provide a large BBQ grill with charcoal. Please Do not use the built-in Viking Grill, other outdoor appliances or outdoor fireplace. The garage, guesthouse and walk-in closets are locked and used as storage. However, each bedroom has a dresser and garment rack for your belongings. Other things to note There are noise meters to notify me of any LOUD parties. They only measure the decibel levels. It does not record sound or allow anyone to listen in. If it gets extremely loud (like a night club) or if the sensors are tampered with, I will be notified. Talking, singing and laughter will not set off the sensors. Detailed check-in information is provided to guests once they have made the reservation. This property requires a security deposit that will be collected by Airbnb, not me. The deposit is fully refunded to guests, provided no significant damage is found nor missing any items on property. No Parties. All visitors are considered guests.
