We are 30 min. from Austin, 25 min. from the outlet mall, and Texas State, 20 min. from races and concerts at COTA, and 15 min. from tubing the San Marcos River. The space Our house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 full baths. All three of the bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. The main living room is a very comfortable and relaxing living room, with a 75" television, a record player, a Sonos audio system, ample games, and a wonderful velvet sofa that is the perfect setting for catching up with friends. The main living room is separated from the dining room with a set of original double pocket doors. Our well-equipped kitchen overlooks the backyard and is a perfect setting to prepare a wonderful meal. Outside you will find covered patio seating, a huge lawn, and a relaxing hot tub. Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the house. Our home has ample off-street parking located off San Antonio Street. Please be careful when pulling in and out of the driveway. Other things to note Our house is set up with high-speed internet, a comfortable desk, and quiet. A perfect space to work. Our front door has a motion detection camera. We also have a camera facing the parking area and the side yard gate. These are the only cameras at the house.
