The space This room includes a full-size fold out bed for additional sleeping space and large windows that allow abundant natural light to flood the room. These luxury rooms feature a community sauna, a large deck with a fire pit (seasonal) and five private rooms available for rent. Each room is comfortably furnished and decorated with local "brew-tique" decor that creates a unique, cozy feel in each suite. All rooms are equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, TV (with cable), a Nespresso machine for slow mornings, clothes iron, hair dryer, private bathrooms with large showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Each room also comes with extra warm blankets for those cold northern nights. Guest access +One Free parking spot is provided and signed in the main lot. +Permits are provided in the room upon check-in, please hang them from your rear view mirror during your stay and place them back in the room upon departure. +Additional vehicles will have to and pay for parking. $12/day (May-October) +Please contact management if you are unable to park in your designated spot. Other things to note NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD + Quiet hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM
 + Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties. + Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement and extra charges may be deducted from the Security Deposit DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES + All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. + To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. + We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
 + If you use anything, please put it back to where it belongs.
 + Any damaged, broken or missing items, including excessively stained linens and towels as a result of your stay will be deducted from your security deposit or requested as an additional charge.
 + We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during, or items left behind after your stay. 
 SMOKING + No smoking of any substance at any time inside the building. If there are traces of smoke, there will be a fee of up to $300 for remedies. 
 PETS + We are a dog friendly property. Please be respectful with your pets, keep them leashed in public areas, clean up after them and keep barking to a minimum. There is a maximum of 2 pets at an additional fee of $75 per pet. +Pets are allowed in all rooms, however, this room is not the most pet friendly. We have a family of bunnies and squirrels that have made the garden outside the low windows their home, which sets our pet friends up for failure.
