Less then 15 minutes from NYC & Hoboken, less then an hour from skiing and with a park right in your backyard, walk off the deck and into a peaceful park in seconds! Also a major shopping mall less then 2 minutes away! Bus Stop across the street to take you right into NYC in under an hour as well! This unit is fully private, there are no shared spaces inside the 2 bed, 2 bath unit, with its own private office The space This 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath that has a large open floor plan for the living room and kitchen is accessed from the staircase and top floor deck area from the back yard. There are no shared spaces in the unit, it is fully your space to relax and enjoy! One of the bedrooms has been converted into a home office with an Apple Computer hooked up and ready for use or bring your own if you perfer! Guest access You will enter in through our gate into the back yard and will walk onto the first floor level patio to the stair case, once you walk up the stair case you will be on the second floor patio and will enter the unit through the french doors, where you will enter into the kitchen area and living room, then down the hall way are the bathroom and 3 bedrooms and when you enter the master it has its own full private bathroom as well! Other things to note We live on the first floor (Karen, Benny and Betty), we will not get in your way and are close by if you have any questions. We do have dogs but they stay inside on our first floor during our stay.
