Second, Safe, Quiet and Beautiful neighborhood. Our neighborhood is on the National Park, Hasting Ranch, Pasadena, surrounded by trees, flowers, hiking trails and natural beauty, so the View you will see is breathtaking. Our neighborhood is luxurious and very safe. Third. Total Privacy. This room with private bathroom has its own independent entrance which is totally separated the main house, so as a guest, you have your 24 H privacy and freedom in & out with front gate opener provided by us. Fourth, Clean. We keep high standard to clean everything. Fifth. Convenience location. It is so far away from LA Noises, yet so close to City Life. It is only about 5 minutes away to Starbucks, Whole foods, Ralphs suppermarket and many good restaurants, 10 minutes to Pasadena Old Town, Huntington library, Cal Tech University, PCC and metro link station etc… around 20 minutes to downtown Los Angeles, 5 minutes away to Pasadena Rose Bowl Pray performance ending station and the entire flow boats exhibition. Upper Hasting Ranch is also very famous for Christmas and New Year lights decoration. Sixth. Paradise Mountain View. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Mountain View and overlook Downtown LA City View either when they drive to our place and or go to our back yard to do sightseeing. If you choose to take a five minutes’ walk, up a winding driveway with lush vegetation to Ranch Top Road, you will be treated to a view of the valley, surrounding mountains, and if at night, lights from city.
