The space There are 2 separate bedrooms. Upstairs is a king bed and downstairs is a queen bed. The couch is very comfortable and when pillows are off is as big as a twin bed. We also have a queen air mattress in the trunk next to the couch. Sheets for couch and air mattress are in a clear bin in the upstairs room cupboard. Guest access There is free parking on the alley side of the house, plus a free parking lot right across the alley. Access to the carriage house is via a personal access code on the door for keyless entry.
