Send me a message, $3000/mth*** The space Upon entering you will be welcomed to a cozy first floor area with brand new laundry machines, 1 queen bedroom and the bathroom 100% renovated in May 2024. Up the stairs you will find the 2nd bedroom, with a queen bed, open concept living/dining space and the kitchen. On this level there is also a deck with partial mountain views of the Kinsman range. The space was freshly painted and re-decorated in the spring of 2021. I want your stay to be relaxing, comfortable and most importantly, enjoyable! There are two smart TV's onsite and high speed fiber wifi. The outside area includes a grill and picnic table, wide open flat front yard, and fire pit/chairs for evenings outside. Please be aware that although recently updated, this is still a cabin and has bits of cabin-feel throughout. You will find all of the necessary amenities but still much of that mountain/great outdoors charm. Guest access Franconia (10 minute drive) has a grocery store and coffee shop. A little bit further north in Littleton you will find TONS of dining and shopping, along with larger chain stores (Walmart, Shaws, Home Depot).
