Lakefront House with Striking Lake Chatuge and Blue Ridge Mountain vistas! This is a spacious house that can sleep 10 folks. Has a Game Room downstairs where there is a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, TV and MANY games. There is a covered Picnic area with grill. There is a Private Dock on the lakefront. During the Winter months the TVA reduces the water level in the lake and there is not deep water at the end of the dock You will be enchanted with this "Unicoi Sunsets on Lake Chatuge" house! The space We have fiber optic Internet through Blue Ridge Electric .... this is great Internet ... no complaints at all. Guest access All the space is for the guests to ENJOY! Other things to note During the Winter months ... the TVA reduces the water level in Lake Chatuge and there is not deep water at the end of the dock. The lake level comes up in the Spring.
