The space There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the upper level, and there is 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom in the lower level along with a kitchenette and a small living room area. What is stated regarding the number of people this place can sleep is based on 2 people sleeping on each queen size bed, 2 people sleeping on each full-size bed, and 1 person sleeping on each twin size bed. If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this house will sleep less people, than what is stated on the listing.
