Island Romance is a turn of the century, classic cottage located on scenic Peaks Island. Loved by three generations of my family, it's located just two minutes from the beach and 15 minutes by foot from the ferry. The cottage features a wrap around porch with a grill. The space The house is a two bedroom cottage with a wrap around porch. The kitchen is fully equipped and a grill is located on the porch. The cottage has two upstairs bedrooms- one with a queen bed, and one with two double beds. There is a formal living room and a sitting sitting area (which has a single bed). The bathroom has a shower. The cottage has a back yard which is surrounded by woods. Other things to note The house is a seasonal cottage and does not have heat or insulation. A few space heaters are available.
