On the Hudson w/150 ft of river access on 1 acre! The huge deck overlooks river & grassy area so you can watch the kids having a great time while enjoying a great view ! This home is two story with family room, kitchen , 1/2 bath & laundry rm down stairs. Up stairs has roll away bed in landing, 3 Bedrms, 2 bath ( master has full bath) TV's in Family room & in 2 of the Bedrooms , there is a table in Dining area & sm. table in kitchen.There are 3 window AC's that works well. The space Excellent location! Besides being on the River, we are 12 minutes from Lake George & 20 minutes from Saratoga! Lake George has lots to offer, Dinner cruises, water slides, 6 flags Great Escape, outlet mall, mini golf, outdoor cafes, arcades, and lots and lots of stores and restaurants! Right in Lake Luzerne there is white water rafting, horse back riding, golf course, rodeo & much more all nearby or around corner! Fishing is great right off the dock!! Guest access Kayaks and boat do not belong us. I believe you can rent them locally. Again, please use life jackets when going in River! Other things to note There is a fire dept very close, at 12:00 noon there is a loud siren, do not be alarmed! If you hear it at other times, it is for the volunteers for an accident or fire. There is a small deli just around the corner, as well as a to go pizza joint . In the other direction is a Chinese restaurant that has good food as well. By the golf Course is a great place for breakfast or lunch and makes to order donuts! If you want fresh vegetables there is a garden stand ( fresh eggs too) right near the house.
