Duplex near Times Square!! 201 Primo Dr is easy walking distance to great restaurants and white beaches. Times Square has outside music and a fishing pier. Duplex has boat dock on a large canal. Easy access off the Island if you want to go shopping. The space This duplex features an upper level that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking Times Square. The upper unit had some minor damage from hurricane Ian that was repaired. We are excited to be able to welcome guests back :) Other things to note *Please note:* The pictures listed are pre hurricane Ian. The ground level is currently under renovation due to hurricane Ian.
