We would be happy to welcome you to our spacious walk-out basement apartment that features a comfortable and stylish living space. The apartment decor is warm and contemporary, with a large living and eating area, modest kitchenette, bedroom with queen size bed, and fully appointed bathroom. We are close to downtown Milford and 30 minutes from Nashua and Manchester, as well as an easy drive to Merrimack Premium Outlets. The space This finished basement apartment, with private entrance, was constructed with you in mind as we brainstormed our own experiences with AIRBNB and incorporated them into our design. It is an ideal space for a couple’s getaway or for the business traveler looking for a comfortable place to stay. We are very proud that our guests from near and far, have responded so positively to our apartment. In the living area, you will find a 65” high def flat screen TV with Comcast connection, free WIFI, and Alexa enabled sound system for music enjoyment. In the kitchenette, there is seating for 4, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee and tea. The bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside lamps with USB ports, and a make-up mirror. Ironing board and iron are also available. The bathroom is fully appointed with a large shower, towels, and complimentary bath products. A light breakfast (pastries, fresh fruit, juice) will be provided daily, if possible. A double high queen size air mattress with bedding is also available upon request. Guest access There is a laundry in the private area of the house, but access can easily be arranged for use during extended stays. Other things to note We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, in addition to usual house cleaning procedures. We have also instituted a 72 hour interval between booked reservations. Finally, guests will use a separate, private entrance to enter and exit the apartment. Extended stays can be worked out, especially for business travelers.
