Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces. The space The Cottage is the perfect place for a couples getaway or a resting spot after UCF graduation or football games. We offer a refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave for simple breakfasts or warming up leftovers. The Cottage has beautiful natural light with lots of windows overlooking an acre of property. Please note the claw foot bathtub is tall and can be difficult to access by guests with stability or mobility issues. We are walking and biking distance to local restaurants and the Cross-Seminole Trail. We are 5 miles from UCF. Enjoy Netflix/Prime and WiFi service. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio with a large farmhouse table, seating area with fire pit and the koi pond. Other things to note We have parking onsite for guests.
