Important Info: It's truly an amazing, private space for relaxing. There is also a BBQ grill. You have the entire space to yourself, kitchen, bathroom, living room, patio, and backyard. Pets are welcomed. There is plenty of backyard for them to play in. Guest access The house is 100% private, no areas are shared. Parking space is available. The backyard/pool are open for guests to use. Other things to note NOISE ORDINANCE. The city of Wilton Manors is very strict about no noise after 9PM, especially when you're enjoying the outdoor area. There may be fines to pay if the police are involved. Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request. Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets. Pet fee is NOT included in the accommodation fee and must be paid separately. There's no dishwasher in this property. TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you?ll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don't provide streaming app accounts. Do not dispose of wipes down the toilet. A fine of $1500 will be levied if there is a blockage. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. Some guests may find that the color of the water coming from the faucets may have a yellowish tint. The yellow coloration occurs naturally in regions across the nation where water flows through peat soil. The city's water comes from the Biscayne Aquifer. Fort Lauderdale's water is perfectly clean and potable. Pool light does not work. Gatherings and parties are not allowed.
