It is 30 minutes from the airport and two minutes to the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure. This lower-level home of a duplex has an open relaxed feeling starting with an ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping ocean views and the nicely furnished deck. Relax on the beautiful redwood deck or on a lounge chair in the sand and watch birds and dolphins play as you sunbathe, read, catch up with one another, have a barbecue, take in a sunset, or watch the brilliant starlit skies. Swim, surf, or paddleboard, take a walk, bicycle on an ocean path to Dana Point Pier, run down the beach, kayak, go boating, or play golf at a nearby course. Lots of comfortable cluster seating makes this a great place to relax, reconnect, and recharge with one another or watch the large TV. A ceiling fan keeps you comfortable at all times. A roomy ocean-view dining area is right next to the modern, well-equipped ocean-view kitchen which has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, WIFI, and cable. There is also driveway parking for added convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The house next door is undergoing major construction. Noise may occur during guest stay. No smoking is allowed inside or outside - no exceptions. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. The outside shower is not available This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach. Beach Front properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. and may require a security deposit. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
