We have a VERY strict non-smoking policy in and around our property. We also note that we have outside cameras in the front and in the property as well. • This property has stairs to go upstairs • This home is located outside downtown Hill City and is close to Mount Rushmore Road. The neighborhood is secluded behind the football field and Major Lake. • We have taken extra steps to ensure our rental property is well-protected and secure. Strategically placed outdoor cameras provide an eye on both the front and back of the house. These cameras are outside of the house. • Take a leisurely stroll into town on the Mickelson Trail and enjoy some refreshing outdoor time.
