Other things to note This is a waterfront building! ·The building has a guard all night and shared pool with other guests, you can use it from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. •The hotel room has a safety box for free use. The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry or other valuables that the customer does not deposit in the lockbox. ·No loud noises and parties throughout the day, but especially from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. •Hours of visit: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, limited access to 6 people ·Rate of $25 usd per additional person per night, applicable from person number 8. •On-site parking is complimentary and subject to availability ·No smoking inside the apartments, only on the terrace and with the windows closed! A fine of $200 USD will be applied to those who smoke. ·Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the apartments and keep doors and windows closed when air conditioning is turned on. ·The building elevator sleeps up to 2 ·For stays longer than 7 days, we kindly ask to put water to the plants. ·For long stays (28 nights or more) electricity is not included, Guests will be charged for consumption during their stay (3.5 Mexican pesos per KW). ·It is not allowed to tend clothes to dry on the guardrails of the terrace and/or on the windows. ·We offer home laundry service at an additional cost, depending on the weight of the clothes. ·We have a baby cot and high chair for an additional cost of $100 Mexican pesos per night per item. •The use of gas or electric grills is allowed exclusively in the private terraces of the penthouses, for safety reasons the use of charcoal or firewood grills is forbidden. •It is forbidden to have animals inside the condominium. ·There is a massage tent on the beach. ·There is boat parking in front of the building, the beach is not suitable for swimming. ·The building is close to the club street, it can be noisy. The beach is published and constantly changes, mostly small and sometimes with algae. Please enjoy the place and treat it as if it was your own.
