Located within the gated neighborhood "Costa Lago", located on the paved route Aregua - Ypacaraí. 5 min to Ypacaraí City, 8 min to the town of Areguá, 10 min to San Bernardino and 30 min to Asunción. Costa Lago has 500 meters of Playa above the Lake. It also has a plaza, sports courts, and 24-hour security guards. The space The house can accommodate up to 6 adults, has two floors and the following layout: - Ground floor: living and dining room (with large rectangular table, chairs, sofa and TV), kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, a small plate for cooking with two induction stoves, cutlery, cutlery, plates, pots, blender, glasses and water filter), bathroom with shower, sink and laundry room (with dishwasher and basic cleaning utensils). - Second floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (for 2 people), placard and TV. 1 room for a sofa bed (for two people) and a large mattress (for two people). There is 1 bathroom with shower outside the rooms, for common use between guests. Both rooms have access to a large balcony with chairs for rest. - External area: barbecue grill, pool (with external shower), lounge chairs and round table with sun guard and chairs. - There are security cameras that monitor the external part (patio and pool) and also in the living room (off).
