This space had excellent reviews in the past and just took on new ownership, so we needed to start over with a new account and the old reviews stayed with the previous host per Airbnb's policy. There are 4 rooms available for rent on the property, sleeping 8 comfortably. NO PETS ALLOWED. No exceptions. Other things to note Other than your private casita, the rest of the property including pool, outdoor areas, and the rooftop are shared spaces. The property is located on a hill (allowing those killer ocean and sunset views from the roof!) and is terraced, so there are stairs throughout. We are located in a small Mexican village and that comes with noises of dogs, roosters, and occasional loud music, otherwise known as “Mexican charm”. ***During the summer, please be aware that there can be power outages in our small town when there are storms or strong wind, which will result in no electricity and therefore no A/C.
