Our beautiful home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Holistika. It is a 3 bedroom house, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for family or small group of friends looking for an experience of tranquility. The Holistika district is very popular, since it allows a unique stay, between jungle and beaches, made of well-being, greenery and calm. This is our family home that we rent out when we travel. A house built with love and passion. The space La Casa risueña is a long-standing project and has been built over time, in a passionate and very personal way. La risueña means "laughing one" in Spanish. It is a nod to our way of life and our way of being in the world. The house has THREE bedrooms, two have a king bed. The other bedroom consists of a queen size bed. The large spacious master bedroom has a large King Size bed and an office nook for those who need a remote work/desk space. You also have direct access to the garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee or observe the families of toucans and parrots that inhabit the trees. The bedroom has its own bathroom with two showers, toilet and large sink. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed. It also has an office for those who need to work, as well as a closet. It gives access to a bathroom, which it shares with the third bedroom. This bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. A sink and a toilet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, with a desk and a closet. It gives direct access to the swimming pool. You can enjoy the view of the trees in the garden. The kitchen is ultra-equipped: oven, freezer, coffee machine, toaster... and the house has everything you need to feel comfortable: large sofa, 4-meter-high bay windows, large dining room, fans in every room, air-conditioning,...The living room has a huge sofa to accommodate the whole family or friends and the large 4 meter high bay windows give a spectacular view of the green garden. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 people and is perfect for all your culinary needs. The garden offers you a beautiful private swimming pool and a nice deck to enjoy the sun. With pergola and barbecue! We put our heart into the construction of this house which is our family home in which we live all year round. We rent it during our travels (our personal belongings will be stored). We have a garden on the other side of the house where we store our personal belongings and where our dog will stay to guard the house! Her name is Sawyer. You don't have to do anything because a friend comes to feed her and take her for a walk every day. However, if you want her to accompany you in your garden (she loves company and cuddles) you are free to open the door and let her come into your garden. The house is located in the highly sought after residential area of Holistika, surrounded by nature but 2 minutes from the city center. This new district favors nature and well-being. You will find a park accessible to the public, with art and nature walks to do, as well as two wellness centers offering daily activities of yoga, sound healing meditation and others. But also a restaurant (Tierra) which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Holistika space also offers Temazcal sessions (Mayan sauna) or massages by appointment. Guest access The rented house is on one level, on the ground floor. You have a magnificent garden which has a beautiful wooden pergola, a stone barbecue, beautiful flowered planters and above all a swimming pool to cool off! We have an apartment upstairs that is rented year-round by great tenants! They are discreet and have no view of your garden. You simply share the entrance patio. Other things to note No party allowed here! The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Maximum 6 people at home. Thank you for respecting our place which is our place of life (our neighbors, our house, the garden etc.) We have a garden on the other side of the house where we store our personal belongings and where our dog will stay to guard the house!
