Located on the ground floor and easily accessible, it's equipped with everything you need for short and medium stays: heater, water purifier, equipped kitchen, and home office desk. Access to panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. Safe and local neighborhood! The space Our apartment overlooks the internal patio and is located on the ground floor. It is therefore easily accessible from the main road, even if you bring very heavy suitcases with you. It offers a large window onto the patio. The lighting inside is limited, but our guests can enjoy a coffee in the open air at the garden tables on the patio or on the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. It has a relaxation area with TV and sofa and a small but well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, kettle and coffee maker). We also have a water purifier so you don't have to buy plastic bottles in the shops! The sleeping area includes two bedrooms located at the back: one double and one single. In the large room you will find a premium mattress and a very large wardrobe. In the small room there is a small wardrobe, a desk for working and access to a small laundry room, for hanging clothes and washing by hand. In the well-ventilated bathroom, you will find a large shower with 24/7 hot water (gas) and white cotton towels. Guest access Our building is easily accessible from the road. You can ask the taxi driver to drop you right in front of our door! No stairs or cobblestone alleys! In order to get to the apartment, you just need to cross the patio. Independent entrance. We are only 10 minutes on foot from Pl. de Armas, 15 min. from Templo del Sol and 5 min. from Plazoleta San Blas. San Blas market is only 120 m. away. Sacred Valley bus stations are within walking distance and the Limacpampa urban bus stop is 5 minutes away. Other things to note We really want our flat to be as sustainable as possible! For this reason: - Our kitchen's sink is equipped with a water filter that makes water drinkable, so you do not have to buy plastic bottles - We provide a separate bin for recycling (in accordance with our municipality's guidelines) - We offer soaps and detergents in handy dispensers in order to reduce the use of plastic - Most furniture and decorations have been produced by local artisans
