The apartment is just a few steps from the beach, across the street you will find the public access to the beach. With a spectacular view of the canals of Nuevo Vallarta. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds or a king size bed, as requested by our clients. The condominium has 3 towers, a swimming pool, gym, paddle and tennis courts and covered parking. We also offer 2 bicycles, beach chairs and umbrella. The space We offer you a space to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains and canals, with a very spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything you may need. Also with dishwasher, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. The terrace is ideally decorated with a couple of chairs to sit and enjoy the scenery. A small table to play a game of cards. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a view of the pool and canals, and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds but can also be set up as a king bed. It has a view of the mountains and canals of Nuevo Vallarta. There is a second full bathroom with shower. The most beautiful thing is that the condo is on the shore of the canal and has a dock in case you have a boat you can park it in this dock during your stay (previous reservation and with cost). The beach is just across the street and you will be on the beach. We provide two beach chairs and beach umbrella as well as pool towels. The condo has tennis and paddle tennis courts that can be used as long as you have the equipment. We also have 2 bicycles for your use so you can get to know and enjoy Nuevo Vallarta (now Nuevo Nayarit). Guest access The access to the condominium is very easy, you will only have to register upon arrival where you will be given a wristband. We will welcome you or give you instructions on how to enter the apartment which is with a code. Inside the condominium you will have access to the swimming pool, gym, tennis and paddle courts. You also have access to the pier on the canal to park your boat, as long as it is reserved and will have an additional cost. Other things to note The condominium is just 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta Airport. It is right across the street from public beach access. The Department is on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the canals. We provide chairs for the beach and soaps we also have 2 bicycles for your use. We have the cleaning service at a cost of 500 pesos per day prior reservation of the same.
