The historic building was originally one of the city’s main livery stables circa 1886. New very comfortable furnishings, a spacious gathering area, 2 large bathrooms, a laundry room and a furnished white kitchen will all be appreciated. Carefully, the historic charm is blended within. The 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 spacious baths offer luxury linens and bath products. There is an adjacent separate area in the entrance foyer with the second restroom and laundry area that you may also use. It’s a great space to unload your car and store your extra things. This outer hallway may be occasionally used by me or my husband if we are working in the garage area but it is separate from the apartment (just outside your French doors). I will advise you if we need to come into that area (although it is very seldom.) Guest access The entire private apt is yours to enjoy.
