Its location is perfect, it is 5 minutes from all the best points in Asunción: Shopping del Sol, Paseo La Galería, Blue Towers, World Trade Center, Sheraton, the Casa Rica supermarket,etc. The space The apartment has 3 rooms, 1 en suite. They all have sheets, pillows, quilts, and towels. The mattresses are orthopedic, the one in the main room is kig size and the other queen. There are two smart TVs in the apartment. One 20" and one 65". All furniture is excellent quality and very comfortable. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The apartment has a quincho on the balcony to grill while enjoying the beautiful view it has. Guests will have a key and electrical control of their own gate, to enter and exit whenever they want and with total independence.
