The bedroom does have a leather futon that can be put down into a bed and has large areas for air mattresses. Cupboards have dishes and you have access to coffee pot, grill, basic kitchen items, tables, and lawn chairs. Dogs are allowed. They must be leashed while on the property and must be crated if left alone if not house broken or destructive. A $50 pet fee will be collected. Guest access The entire cottage is yours. The cottage is behind our house. You will need to walk behind our house on the path that will lead you to the cottage. There are some steps. Other things to note Dogs are allowed.
