The space Situated on a working farm in a rural community. but still close to amenities. Close to many recreation sites. only 30 minutes to sand mountain. and many out of the way trails within an hour or so. lake Tahoe is less than two hours away. one hour to Reno or Carson city. This is a working farm with animals and animal noises. There is also some construction going on, on the main farmhouse. So occasionally during the week there will be some extra noises in the morning associated with that. Guest access guests have access to the breezeway to the yard, and back patio.
