Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley. The space This location is perfectly situated for those who like outdoor adventure. You are approximately 14 mi. from Deep Creek Lake and Wisp Ski Resort, 25 mi. from Blackwater Falls, 27 mi. from Canaan Valley and Timberline Ski Resorts. There are an abundance of State Parks in the surrounding area that offer hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. So much to do in Garrett County and Davis, WV. A beautiful "Four Season Vaca Location" … Unwind at SUGARBUSH and enjoy the great outdoors! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE HOUSE RULES. Thank you. Guest access PLEASE TAKE NOTE - DURING WINTER MONTHS - You will need All-Wheel or 4-Wheel drive to access the property. We are located on a mountain ridge. The driveway isn't extremely steep but you will have to navigate a slight incline up to the house. Other things to note We are not on-site hosts and to keep our rate reasonable we do not require a deposit, hire or charge extra for cleaning services. We do not provide linens (sheets) or towels. We do provide cleaning supplies and we hope we can count on all our guests to responsibly clean and straighten prior to departure. Mike and I visit Suga monthly to stock up, deep clean and do ground maintenance to ensure our guests enjoy the best stay possible. Please take the time to review our Guest Book on-site.
