This King suite is on the same property as the Hobbit Cottage. As LOTR fans we wanted to offer a second option. King size studio with laundry & full kitchen. No animals allowed bc allergies. No smoking or parties. Has a private entrance down a flight of outdoor stairs, has a small private yard with grass and trees. Located in between Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Kanarra Falls, Kolob. Home of Shakespeare Festival and Utah Summer Games. 1 mile to downtown. The space Very comfy King bed! There is a futon for a 3rd guest. The bedding for the futon is stored in a zipped bag in the closet. We also offer a pack and play, but I don't store it in the apartment. If you need it, let me know in advance. Guest access There is a small private side yard with a shade tree, grass, and table with 2 chairs. Other things to note Trash can be taken out to the other side if the house, behind the gate there is a black trash can. Please wash and put away your dishes before you check out. You can pile your used towels in the tub.
