All within a 1 hour drive from NYC! The space The house has been recently renovated and is tastefully decorated to sleep up to 8 guests. There is a large master bedroom with a cozy king size bed, en-suite full bathroom, smart TV and stylish desk should you choose to work from home. 2nd bedroom is a bunk room with 2 full size beds along with a twin trundle for even more flexible sleeping. 3rd bedroom is a comfy Queen size bed with large closet to store all your belongings. An additional full hall bath with shower/tub combo is also close by. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare delicious meals for your guests such as updated appliances, Sub-Zero fridge, Miele wall oven, 6 burner gas range, microwave, toaster oven and crockpot. Our dining room is decorated with beautiful built-ins and a large dining table that can easily accommodate 8 guests. We offer a portable ice machine, fully stocked coffee bar with a combo Keurig/drip coffee maker, K-pods, as well as a pour over coffee maker and grinder for those true coffee lovers. Stepping into the spacious living room you will be greeted with unobstructed views of the eastern arm of Greenwood Lake and picturesque mountains in the background. Sit back and relax on the cozy sectional sofa while gazing at the calming natural landscape or catch up on the latest streaming series on the 75 inch Samsung Smart TV perched above the cozy gas fireplace. Through sliding glass doors you'll find a welcoming brick patio with a large dining table and 8 chairs for your enjoyment. Overlooking the patio you'll see the outdoor hot tub kept clean and warm, ready to use. We also have a new Solo stove outdoor smokeless firepit and Polywood Adirondack chairs to sit around and enjoy a cozy fire and make yummy S'mores. We have 2 lakefront docks for your use and nearby Murphy's Cove Marina (just a few doors down) is available for watercraft rentals. Guest access Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars and neighborhood is easily walkable to nearby Murphy's Cove Marina, the local food truck park, Dunkin Donuts, and GWL ice cream shack.
