The Valley included cities such as Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Glendale, Peoria, Mesa etc. We are in the city of Peoria where located in the west Valley. West Valley is a large sprots area, which is close to the Cardinals home ground-State Farm Stadium ( the Stadium of Super Bowl 2023 ), 3 Baseball Spring Training complex ( Seattle Mariners/ San Diego Padres ; LA Dodgers/ Chicago White Sox; Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers ). Very convenient to close to your team or just watch any games for fun in person. We are in a very nice, safe and quite neighborhood also close to everything you need for your stay, and easy for getting around. Amazing outdoor/indoor activities and festivals all year around: Art Walk, Concerts, Beer/Wine festivals, Car shows, Rodeo, River Tubbing, Lake Boating, ATV riding, Hot Ballon Riding... It's very convenient to go & do to explore the whole Valley: in A few Miles, P83 Entertainment District and West Gate Entertainment District are huge place includes everything you need: Shopping Malls, Theaters, Restaurants/Bars, Concerts/Live music etc. Lots Golf Courses and parks around this area for you to go hiking, golfing, fishing, and most are public ones. Also easy for Families to Wildlife Zoo, Water Parks ( in the summer ), Museums, Day Trips and so on. People might think Arizona is just a Cactus Desert, but you have probably heard it said Arizona has more boats per capita than any other state. Well..So don't forget to go to one of the lakes to enjoy the unique & amazing water with cactus view! ( and the closest big lake-Lake Pleasant is only 12 mils away from here) Very easy to use all type of the transportations: rent a car, rent a boat in lake area, Uber/Lyft, Public bus. BTW drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) only about 25 minutes. There are lots of good restaurants around the Valley and West Valley area, all different flavors, some are "National Awards", some are amazing food with breathtaking views...
