Incredible Lakefront home! The outside area has upper and lower decks which lead to three stone terraces, then down to the docks and boathouse. There is a huge sunroom for games and dining. Grill and make smores around the firepit. Swim, canoe and Paddleboard (provided) in gorgeous Lake Lanier. Bike or hike the nearby trails. Tryon, Landrum and Saluda are just minutes away. This is a private, peaceful lake community-- you will feel the joy! The space This is an entire 2000 square foot, two-story home. Four bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs. Living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, large sunroom & 1 BR are down. Lower and upper decks overlook gorgeous Lake Lanier. Three stone terraces lead down to the water, with boat house and docks. We have beds for 11 but limit to 8 so you can spread out. As you paddle around the lake, try to stay by the shore and move in a counter-clockwise direction. Our house is in the "third basin" of the lake. It is quite peaceful during the weekdays, and loads of active fun during summer weekends. Guest access Lake Lanier is a private lake with no public access/boat launch. There are three parking spots in front of the house. Descend the stone steps to the second level to enter through the living room. Drive slowly around the lake and enjoy the fabulous views and watch out for walkers and bikers. Other things to note This property has steep steps that might not be comfortable for children and people with mobility limitations. Phone service is limited, but can be accessed through wi-fi calling. This house is on a well. Conserve water and space out your water use. Please accurately list the number of people coming to visit! This helps us be prepared before and after your stay.
