Family of three opening our extra bedroom to guests who wish to explore the Snohomish area! The private room is located on the upper floor of a two-story home in a safe neighborhood with views our backyard. 10 minutes from downtown Snohomish, 35 minutes from Seattle, and 30 minutes from the mountains. The space Bedroom: The private bedroom is the first bedroom located on the upper floor of a two-story home. Queen mattress with three-inch tempurpedic mattress topper. You can see the entrance to the bedroom in the photo showcasing the dining area. Half closet with hangers, organizers, and shoe holder. Blackout curtains. DVD player with over 25 movies to choose from. 45" Smart TV. Free access to Netflix. Other streams will be self-log-in. Note: Since it is the first room of the hallway and directly above the kitchen you may hear foot traffic and conversations throughout the house. There is a door sweep to help prevent this. Bathroom: Full private bathroom. Toiletries in the restroom are welcome to be used. Access to all vanity space and medicine cabinet. The bathroom is located down the hall from the bedroom. Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room: All are located on the first floor of a two-story home. All-access to kitchen amenities. As a family, we spend the majority of the time on the first floor. Outside: Hot tub and fire pit. Firewood not provided. Please rinse off prior to using the hot tub. Thanks! Parking: Plenty of free street parking in front of the house. We allow guests to park on the left side of our driveway. Check-In: 3pm Check-Out: 11am During your stay Let us know if you prefer socializing or space. We happy to accommodate for each!
