I live on the Second Floor of this home and are available to assist you at the same time we give you your highly valuable privacy The space The Apartment has been fully stocked with all your basic Kitchen and Bathroom needs for your stay. All linens are provided for your stay. Additional linens are available for an additional cleaning fee. The pool area is great for enjoying the day with the family. We care about you and we are taking all the necessary precaution to make sure you have a safe stay. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor of the property. Rooms are given access based on the number of guests on the reservation. We provide you with a key code on the day of your arrival and provide you with privacy during your stay. Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. Day visitors to the property are not permitted by Executive Order. Guests who break the house rules will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Other things to note It is important that all guests are registered to be on the property. Guests who are not registered in the reservation and arrive at the last minute must be added to the reservation and will be welcome. The rooms of the property will be available according to the number of guests that your reservation is. 2 guests= 1 room. 3-4 guests= 2 rooms. 5-8 guests entire place. We are not responsible for power outages or Internet service interruptions.
