To guarantee the safety of all guests, we mandate the use of either a 4x4 wheel drive or snow chains, as our driveway can become hazardous, especially during significant snowfall. Your safety is a priority to us, and we are committed to providing a secure and hassle-free experience for all our guests. Guest access You have 100% private access to the 3BR house but there is a shared parking area between the main farm house on the lake (your private space) and the homeowner's apartment (across the street w/shared driveway). You could possibly see your host, Ryan, in the driveway as you are coming and going. Say hi if you see him, he is friendly! Other things to note PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home, but please note that we charge an additional, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175 per booking, that must be collected separately after you've secured your booking if you plan on bringing your pet. We love pets and welcome them, but pets do require additional cleaning due to hair and dander.
