The space House was renovated with an elderly person in mind. The downstairs has a large kitchen/dining area with a small sitting area. The two main bedrooms with queen beds are on the first floor. One bedroom has a bathroom ensuite, but that bathroom has 2 doors for guest access. Laundry is on main floor as well. There is also a living room with a tv on main floor. The second floor has a bedroom with a full size bed and a bathroom. The entire place is freshly painted, new flooring, renovated bathrooms. There are two outdoor spots for morning coffee. A large screened in porch when you enter the house. And an open deck off the dining area. Guest access Easy, flat gravel driveway with room for 2 cars side by side, 4 cars tandem. Very quiet neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. Entrance is just a few steps up with arm rails on both sides of steps. Other things to note We are travel nurse friendly!
