The unit features a very comfy queen-size Murphy bed (let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep!), sofa, dining table & chairs, fully-equipped kitchen, full bath, gas fireplace, and lovely private deck overlooking the lake & beach below. The unit also features a rarity in the area: air conditioning, as well as high-speed wifi. Guest access One parking space per unit is provided in the parking lot. Street parking is also readily available except during the fall Applefest celebration. Bayfield is a very walkable city, so your best bet is on foot. We are just a couple blocks from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Bayfield. The following shuttles and ferries are also accessible on foot from Reiten Boatyard: - The Madeline Island Ferry will take you out to Madeline Island and runs regularly during the late spring, summer, fall, and much of the winter. - The BART Bus runs regularly from through Bayfield and around Chequamegon Bay for a modest fee. - Big Top Chautauqua runs shuttles for most of for their concerts and events. Other things to note Be aware that sound and vibration travel easily in this building. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep voices and TV levels down and please walk softly on stairway as well as inside the condo. Guests are to observe quiet hours from 9pm to 9am.
