The downstairs includes a family room, a full bath with tub and separate walk-in shower. Two large bedrooms, each with a king bed, are located on this level.  The family room has a queen size sofa bed, a children’s play table and Roku TV.  It opens to the pool lanai, ocean views, dining table, lounge chairs and barbecue area. A removable pool fence is available if toddlers are present for an additional set-up and breakdown charge.There is weekly pool and gardening service and hi-speed wireless internet throughout.
